TransAdelaide comprises of various positions ranging from operational roles (Operations Controllers, Drivers, Passenger Service Assistants, Tram Operators, Ticket Clerks), Trades (Signal Maintenance Fitters, Track Workers and Building Trades) to the administrative (Secretarial, Marketing, Accountants, Information Systems and Human Resources) and Engineering (including Project Management) areas to name a few.

TransAdelaide vacancies are initially advertised to internal staff, surplus staff and other government employees. However, when the need arises TransAdelaide uses The Advertiser, www.careerone.com.au and this website to advertise external vacancies. It would be advisable to monitor these advertising mediums and apply directly to the vacancy advertised.

All advertisements include a brief outline of the position and a job description in PDF format. The Job Description provides key information and requirements of the position including: responsibilities, reporting relationships, special conditions, qualifications, knowledge and experience. Prior to applying for a position, it is recommended that applicants read the relevant Job Description. Your application is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your skills and experience, abilities and personal attributes to a selection panel.

3. Resume, including a minimum of two (2) referees; and
4. Completed Employment Declaration
